Growth and development for you as an entrepreneur
Kralendijk, 5 February 2024 - On Tuesday 30 January 2024, Qredits Bonaire held a networking reception around their annual theme ‘Next Level’. During the evening, Qredits Bonaire reflected on the fact that they have been established at their current location for five years and that in 2024 they will reach the ‘next level’ in terms of coaching, training and financing (future) entrepreneurs. To highlight the theme, a Qredits client - Ron Coffy, owner of Petals B.V. - was given the opportunity to explain how he has moved to the next level in the past year and how he plans to continue doing so with his business. Clients, coaches, trainers and partners of Qredits, as well as representatives of companies located on the site where Qredits has its offices, also had the opportunity to connect with each other by sharing how they are moving to the ‘Next Level’ in 2024 and how they can help each other.
When Qredits started operations in Bonaire in 2015, the foundation was based at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry until it was able to stand on its own feet. Thanks to the trust and dedication of its customers, Qredits has grown and was able to move to its current location at Kaya Industria 15-G in January 2019.
'Over the past five years, we as an organisation have also experienced challenges similar to those of a small-to-medium-sized company. But thanks to our clients, the support and cooperation of our partners, (former) colleagues on Bonaire, the Netherlands and in the Caribbean, and the impact we have made together with our trainers and coaches, among others, we can look back joyfully here today together. Next year we will celebrate 10 years on Bonaire, and we look forward to continuing to grow and make an impact together with you for many years to come,' said Milagros Blanken, Branch Manager of Qredits on Bonaire.

Qredits Bonaire's team consists of Branch Manager Milagros Blanken, Business Advisor Jenilee Schotborgh, Business Advisor and Coaching Programme Coordinator Karelis Roosje, Margyane Soliano who is responsible for coordinating training and events, and Shaïna Coffie who is in charge of the marketing part. Qredits is in talks with several parties to introduce a financing product focused on sustainability; this in addition to the existing microcredit, Agrilening and BES Culture Loan. In the area of training, a new education programme is being developed for people who want to do an entrepreneurship orientation. Also - in addition to the ‘Agri Business Academy’ - more variants of the ‘Small Business Academy’ will be implemented.
